Information on your device
The app stores playback preferences and state, including your selected sound, volume, timer and listening duration, on your device. Listening duration means audio playback time, not time asleep.
Ocean Escape does not record you or request access to your microphone, location, contacts or health data. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not sell or share playback data.
Removing local information
On Android, clear the app’s data in the phone’s storage settings. On iOS, delete the app rather than offloading it to remove local data. Device backups may retain a separate copy according to your operating-system settings. We cannot access or delete backups on your behalf.
Support email
If you email hello@agntbase.com, you choose to send your email address, message and any attachments. This information is used to answer and follow up on your request. Email providers process and store the correspondence as part of delivering email.
Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle your request and any related obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion using the same address. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
This website and external links
These public pages use OpenAI Sites hosting. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested page, to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the app’s offline playback.
We have not added analytics, advertising pixels, social embeds or forms to these pages. Opening Agntbase, TikTok, YouTube or another external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy policy. Those services are not loaded by the offline player.
App stores and your phone
Apple and Google handle app distribution, purchases and platform diagnostics under their own policies. Ocean Escape does not receive your payment-card information. The Android media notification provides local playback controls, not remote promotional notifications.
